Artwork & Proofing Specifications
Proofs will be emailed closer to your due date. Once you approve the art work, we will then move your order into production. To ensure maximum clarity and precision, please submit vector graphics whenever possible.

.AI or .EPS (Vector)
Accepted Formats (Non-etched items):
.PNG, .JPG, .TIF, .PSD
While we will bring to your attention any errors that we notice, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF PROOFS.
Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design before approving artwork.
If we produce work that has been approved or provided and contains errors after production, then you are responsible for full production costs (setup charges, printing, and materials), as well as the cost for producing the work a second time, if you request us to do so.
(Note: Pantone colors are color-matched as closely as possible, though slight variations may occur across production lots.)
Orders & Production Timelines
Standard production requires 2–3 business days following final artwork approval. Custom designs or volume orders may require additional lead time. We recommend sharing your event date in advance so we can optimize production and ensure delivery prior to your presentation. Orders proceed to design and manufacturing upon receipt of payment.
Order Guidelines & Policies
Minimum order value for online and walk-in purchases is $100.00 CAD. Orders exceeding $1,000 CAD (post-tax) paid via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) are subject to a 2.4% processing surcharge.
All orders include a standard $35.00 setup fee covering graphic preparation, precision machinery configuration, and order scheduling. We offer dedicated rush production services starting at $60.00, depending on order volume and timeline requirements.
All items are non- refundable regardless if they have been decorated or sold as blank.
Shipping
Standard shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 business days within Ontario and Quebec, and 5 to 8 business days for all other provinces. Exact delivery times depend on the specific location.
If shipping is not required on the order, customers can simply pick up at our location 1318 Britannia Road East, L4W 1C8, Mississauga, ON.
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer within our direct control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or damage incurred during transit; however, we will do our best to help find a solution. Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the sender.
